This never happens!
I put Paxton down to take a nap one day last week and I told Conner that we needed to just rest and read books. So Conner just laid down on his sleeping bag and was talking to himself and playing and within a minute he was asleep! This never happens, the only time Conner ever falls asleep is if we are in the car. I got over an hour of time by myself with both boys asleep!
I don't know why my pictures are turning out fuzzy.

Boys playing
Conner and Paxton are really starting to play together. Although, Con still has a hard time sharing his toys. Last Sunday, Conner built a fort in our front room and the two of them had so much fun playing in it.
Partying with the Family
We spent last weekend with Mark's family. We rode on the Heber Creeper on Saturday morning. It was pretty fun and the kids all liked it. At the very beginning of the ride, there was a bee flying around by Conner. Well, Mark tried to kill it with my shoe and ended up throwing my shoe out of the train. So I spent the morning on the train without a shoe. When we got back to the station he did go and get it for me. We also went swimming in Kamas.
July is over already!
Here are the boys playing in our little pool. Paxton absolutely loves the water. He has no fear of anything and just dives right into the pool. And of course, Conner is hoarding all of the toys.

Spanish Fork also had the famous "Fish Rodeo" on Saturday too. I didn't know if Conner would do but I signed him up for it. He was really excited to try and catch a fish, until the fish actually got close to him and then they scared him a little bit. He ended up giving up on the fish and just got out of the "pond". So he posed with his friend, Ellie, and her fish.
On the Saturday before the 24th, Spanish Fork has some of their celebrations. Conner, and his friends, Ellie and Kamri, rode their bikes in the children's parade. They had lots of fun, despite Con's very graceful crash into the grass. The parade route was down a hill and needless to say Conner doesn't have any brakes on his little bike, so he just kept going faster and faster. He was a tough little boy and didn't cry. He just got right back on and finished riding in the parade.

On the 24th, Conner ended up pretty sick, so Mark stayed home with him while Paxton and I rode on the Up With Downs float in the parade. It was really cute, two of the families put the float together for us. Paxton had fun looking at all of the people and did actually wave to a few people. He loved the bubbles and danced to the music that was playing. It was really fun, I was sad that Mark and Conner missed out seeing us on the float.
