Labor Day Fun

For Labor Day, we went to cut wood for our fireplace up past Heber. It was a perfect day, the weather was great. And we got a lot of wood! We invited Mark's parents to come help us and also Jaime's family. We had a picnic and had lots of fun!

Doesn't Mark look MANLY using the chainsaw! I think so!

Both Ryder and Paxton were zonked out as soon as we got in the truck!

8 years and counting...

Today is our 8 year anniversary. Wow! It seems like time has flown by. Mark surprised me with a night in Park City. He even talked to my parents to take our kids without me knowing. We had a great time being alone and having quiet time to ourselves, which we don't get very often. It was so nice. Thanks honey! I love you!
This is one of my favorite pictures, I love Mark's big smile! It was fun to go through pictures and think back about that day.

Paxton's New Preschool

Paxton started a new preschool this week. I decided that it would be best to have my kids at the same school this year, instead of keeping Paxton at the preschool he went to last year. Although we loved the teacher, aides, and the bus driver and aides, we will miss them.

I have meet with his new teacher and aides a few times already and I really think that they will be good for Paxton. The preschool is fairly new at this school but I have been impressed so far. It is really hard to not get any feedback from Paxton, but he seems to come home happy. It has been a little bit rough this week getting back into the swing of going to school every day and a new schedule.
