3-21 World Down Syndrome Day

I feel so bad that I missed this, so here we go a couple days late.

Sunday was World Down syndrome day, the day 3/21 signifies the 3rd copy of the 21st chromosome. It is a day to celebrate all of those with Down syndrome that have blessed our lives. And I can say that my life has been so greatly blessed by it.

Green Eggs and Ham

Last week Conner got to dress up as a character from a book, so we chose Sam I am, from Green Eggs and Ham. Conner was so excited when he got home from school. He said everyone loved it and all the kids on the bus were pretending to eat his green eggs and ham.

It feels like Spring!

I love this time of year. I love being able to go outside again. I love to feel the sun shining on us and have it actually be kind of warm. I love seeing the first signs of spring and hearing all the birds chirping around us. I just love all of it.

We have been outside playing as much as we can lately and having lots of fun playing with our neighbors. I was really excited when I went outside this morning and saw a few of my bulbs actually coming up. I thought that they were goners from the little boys digging in the dirt. I can't even remember what I planted but I am so excited.
