Easter 2009

We had a really fun Easter this year. We got to celebrate several times with both sides of the family. Our first party was with my family. We had dinner at my parents and then we had to find our Easter baskets and eggs in the backyard.

Paxton was more interested in the sand box than looking for his basket and eggs. But he did join in the fun for a moment. For FHE we colored Easter eggs and then decorated them. On Saturday we headed out to Vernal, for Carson's baptism. The baptism was really good and Conner was excited to see him get baptized. After the baptism and lunch, the Easter bunny visited Jason and Misty's house and left eggs for all the kids. And there was not a short supply of eggs.

Paxton came home with some cute Easter stuff from preschool. And finally, the Easter bunny left our boys some cool galoshes, so that we can play in our yard and not have to get our regular shoes muddy, (at least until we get grass!) Paxton is still trying to figure out how to walk in them, and Conner loves them and wants to wear them everywhere.

"The Man Store"

This certain store, just happens to be our second home. I'm sure you all know what it is. We found out that they have a fathers and sons workshop on Saturdays and Mark took Conner this past week. They built bird houses and Mark said he only got his thumb hammered once. Conner had lots of fun and is so excited to see the birds eat out of his bird house.

Gymnastic was Fantastic!

I signed up Conner for the city gymnastic classes, hoping that would give us a much needed way to use up some energy during the winter. Conner really like it and we had lots of fun going. They ended with a little performance, which was so fun. Conner is such a goofey little boy.

Conner was great at showing us all the "I'm #1!" after all of his tricks.
