September is over..

already. I can't believe how fast time flies. Here is a short recap at what has been going on at the Monfredi household.

Mark has been gone with work quite a bit lately. He has had a couple trips to Houston and also to Denver. During Mark's last trip to Houston, the boys and I spent some time at Sundance because Grandma Olsen was having a convention there. We got to spend the night in a fun cabin and Conner and I slept in loft. Grandpa got us dinner every night we were there. The boys and I also rode the chair lift up to the top of the mountain and back down again. It was a fun relaxing little ride that we really enjoyed.

We sold Mark's truck when he was gone, so that was the first thing on the "to do list" when he got home. So here it is...

We bought a 2004 Nissan Titan. It is really nice. Conner told us that he likes this truck better because it has more power. And it really does. We got a pretty good deal on it and it will be fun to have. Hopefully Mark won't be driving as much as he used to, but I doubt it.

Little Boy Yoga

I have been trying to get in better shape lately, so one of the things I have been doing is yoga. Well the boys thought they were pretty funny today and did their version of yoga moves. Paxton also does the "downward facing dog" pose and thinks he is really funny doing it.

P.S. Paxton really does that pose when he is mad and throwing a fit, but I think he has pretty good form. He is such a silly boy!

Labor Day Fun!

We didn't have big plans for Labor day, so we had a picnic and fed the ducks with our neighbors at the park. It was really fun and Conner had such a blast.

We joke around that our neighbor's daughter is Conner's girlfriend because they are always playing together. But they have a Love/Hate relationship, because they don't always get along. Here are their future engagement pictures:

Conner's Room

We have finally finished Conner's bedroom, at least for now. Who knows, maybe we'll come up with something else to put in it. It turned out really good and I am glad that we did it. Conner absolutely loves his bed and has to show everyone his cool room.
